Identification data: name, email, and Firebase UID.
Technical device data (model, OS, IP).
Audio data uploaded by the user (voice files up to 20 seconds).
Anonymous usage statistics.

3. Why We Collect Data

To ensure proper functionality and security of the app.
To allow publishing and playback of audio content.
To authenticate users through Firebase.
To process promotional payments using Stripe.

4. Who We Share Data With

Firebase (authentication, security, and infrastructure).
Stripe (payments only).
AWS servers for audio hosting and processing.
Authorities when required by law.

We never sell your data.

5. How We Protect Your Data

All connections are secured with HTTPS/TLS.
Audio files are stored on protected servers.
Data access is restricted with authentication and strict permissions.
Periodic server backups.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Audio content is stored until the user deletes the account or removes the individual post.
You can request full data deletion by contacting: info@pratellihub.com

7. User Rights

Access to personal data.
Edit or delete audio content.
Delete the account.
Request data portability.

8. Child Safety & Protection Standards

SpeakUp has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative situations is strictly prohibited.
Grooming behavior, inappropriate contact attempts, or sexualized communication involving minors is forbidden.
Users found violating these standards will be permanently banned.
We actively review user reports and remove violating content immediately.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities when required by law.

Users can report inappropriate or illegal content directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
